Are returns or exchanges accepted?
Every Le Noué bag is hand-knotted from a single scarf and will never be made again. Because each piece is entirely one of a kind, all sales are final. We take great care to represent each piece accurately through detailed photography and description before you purchase.
What if my bag arrives damaged?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shoplenoue.com and we will make it right.
Are the scarves authentic?
Every piece in the Le Noué Vintage Capsule is sourced and considered with care. Each listing includes the details we know about its history and origin.
What is the difference between the Vintage Capsule and The Edit?
The Vintage Capsule features vintage designer scarves, each with its own history. The Edit is sourced with the same eye and standard, featuring carefully chosen pieces that may not carry a designer label but are held to the same level of craft.
How is each bag made?
Each bag begins with a single scarf — selected, knotted by hand, and paired with a carefully curated handle. There is no production run and no reorder. There is only the one you see.
What is included with my bag?
Each Le Noué bag is accompanied by a custom insert, structured to hold its shape and protect the scarf.
How should I care for my bag?
Store your bag away from direct sunlight and moisture. The handle is fixed and cannot be removed, so we recommend dry cleaning only — never machine washed or submerged. Because each scarf is vintage or delicately sourced silk, please handle with care.
How long does shipping take?
Orders ship within 3 to 10 business days.
