Cerulean and noir ground — the ornamental frogging of military hussar dress rendered in exacting silk. Braided ropes, silk tassels, gilded stirrups, and plaited fastenings fill the field in verde and pale gold. Designed by Cathy Latham, first issued 1972. Hermès Paris selvedge signature. 90 × 90 cm.

Finished with a navy lambskin leather handle and solid brass hardware.
